Historical Note: For many years, the Firm was headquartered in Newport Beach, California. Following an announcement to private clients on November 27th, 2023, the Managing Directors relocated the entirety of its operations and personnel to New Albany, Ohio. This move came after an extensive nationwide search during which it was discovered New Albany enjoyed substantial strategic advantages, including a higher median household income than Newport Beach despite a dramatically lower cost of living, materially lower individual and business taxes, greater climate security, and that it was conveniently located within a six-hundred-mile radius of a substantial portion of the population of the United States and Canada. As a result, all owners and employees are now located in, and all operations conducted from, the State of Ohio.
