The long-time Investing for Beginners Guide at About.com, a division of The New York Times, and author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Investing, Mr. Kennon is a private investor that founded the company to serve as the central vehicle through which he would grow his wealth, and that of his family and friends, for generations.  His writings on everything from financial theory to foreign bonds have appeared in major textbooks, money management books, news sources, and white papers.  As Chairman and CEO of Kennon Green Enterprises, his primary responsibility is capital allocation, including full discretionary management over the investment portfolios.
